Actually it seems it does not contain all of the software that one would expect to find in IBM PC DOS or PC DOS , so either this is a limited release of IBM PC DOS (which it doesn't say), or this is the full IBM PC DOS release but IBM PC DOS doesn't have all of the same features as earlier versions of the PC DOS software.
